Q5: Do you only sell loose beads?
A: No. We support both loose beads and finished products, including bracelets, necklaces, charms, gift sets and customized jewelry products.
Q6: Can I order sample packs before wholesale purchase?
A: Yes. Sample packs are recommended for first-time customers who want to check materials, colors, sizes and product quality before placing a larger order.

A: MOQ depends on product type, material, customization level and supplier availability. Some standard beads and sample packs support low MOQ, while custom products may require higher MOQ.

Q9: How do I get a quote?
A: You can send us product links, photos, material requirements, quantity, target price and shipping country. We will check availability and provide a quotation.

A: Yes. You can send reference images, sketches or product links. We will review the design, material, size and production feasibility.

Q20: Are natural beads exactly the same in every order?
A: No. Natural materials may have differences in color, texture, pattern and size. This is normal for gemstone, amber, wood, shell and other natural bead products.
